Fridley/Columbia Heights Rotarians delivered dictionaries to third graders attending Hayes Elementary School and Stevenson Elementary School in Fridley and Immaculate Conception School in Columbia Heights. Each student receives their own copy of "A Student's Dictionary" to read, mark up, and take home.
Rotary service tends to fall into one of six areas: peace and conflict prevention and resolution, disease prevention and treatment, water and sanitation, maternal and child health, economic and community development, and basic education and literacy.
