PROGRAM

23 members, visiting Rotarian Dave Hoel of Mounds View-New Brighton Rotary, and guests Paul Ostrow of Minneapolis and  Brooke Summers of New Brighton and Every Meal heard retiring Anoka County Attorney Tony Palumbo summarize the changes during his lengthy service to the county and the challenges his office now faces, among them improvements in criminal justice technology, the legal environment, the training and expertise expected among law enforcement agencies, and the pervasive effect of societal changes such as drug addiction.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Summers was given the check for a donation of $1000.00 voted by the club board last week. She briefly explained Every Meal’s operation and thanked the club for its generosity.
