The Operation Pollination group met yesterday morning on Zoom, with Melissa Trent, Ag Specialist at Columbia Heights High School joining members Amáda Márquez Simula, Kristen Stuenkel, and Bob Tholkes. Trent provided an update of winter seeding activities for the school’s Blooming Heights program. Márquez Simula plans to submit information about the Columbia Heights Monarch Festival to the Rotary Magazine.
President Mike Oakley announced that our meeting site will change by the end of February, following notification by Shortstop Bar & Grill in January. Steps in the process of arranging a new site will begin at the club board meeting later today.

Rotary International announced that the May 27-28, 2028 (changed from 2029) RI convention will be held in Minneapolis. It will be organized cooperatively by Districts 5580, 5950, 5960, and 6250.
