ANNOUNCEMENTS

Breakfast will not be held next week, Wed. July 20, because of the July 18 Golf Classic fundraiser at The Refuge Golf Course. See you there! Coordinator Greg Schraufnagel happily announcd a significant recent uptick in the numbers of both golfers and diners, but everything—golfers, sponsors, auction items, diners- is still needed for the Golf Classic to bring it up to previous standards.  See the Golf Classic website at www.fchgolfclassic.com. The online auction site https://www.32auctions.com/FCHRotaryAuction2022 is up; bidding is online only and bids are now accepted.

President Hiel also announced that meeting programs will be a shared responsibility of the membership, rather than provided by a program director. A schedule and notes on finding and arranging programs/speakers was distributed and will also be emailed.

Response not having been as hoped, the monthly lunch meetings planned for July 27 and August 24 at The Refuge will revert to breakfasts at Shortstop. Thanks to those who participated in the lunches on May 25 and June 29.
