Joining the FCH Rotary breakfast meetings on Zoom (request by the previous Monday at  open the link below, click on Open Zoom Meetings, and follow the prompts.
10 members heard member Bob Tholkes describe his experiences and procedures in exploring his family history, showing slides/photos and commenting on sources.
Rotary International announced that the 2029 RI convention will be held in Minneapolis. It will be organized cooperatively by Districts 5580/5950,5960, and 6250.
The Citizens League invites members to attend the first Capitol Pathways social hour to meet this year’s interns and sponsors, on Friday, Feb. 16, at 4 pm. Respond at for further info.
At its meeting following the breakfast today, the club board voted to make $500.00 donations to: Prodeo Academy of Columbia Heighst; Hope 4 Youth of Anoka County; White Bear Lake Rotary (district grant project); and the Reel Hope Project of Anoka County. A donation of $1000.00 was also approved for the 2024 Fridley 49er Days.
STRIVE students will visit Minneapolis College (formerly Minneapolis Community and Technical College) on Wednesday, February 14. Contact Steve Klaers at 612-599-8103 about accompanying the students.

The next club board meeting is scheduled for 9 a.m., Wednesday, April 3, at Fridley Community Center. All members are welcome.
The 11th annual Golf Classic, the primary club fundraiser, is set for Monday, July 15, at the Refuge Golf Course in Oak Grove.
