Invocation- Mark Grotewold.   20 members met Assistant Governor Sandy Campbell of Anoka Rotary and District Governor Paul Perez of Prior Lake Rotary, pictured above with President Brian Weierke, and heard Perez describe Rotary's impact on him personally, Rotary's 2019-2020 themes, and Rotary's core values.   Announcements:   Tim Blank passed a sign-up sheet for the distribution of dictionaries to the 3rd-graders in our service area, on Sept. 25 in Fridley and on Oct. 2 in Columbia Heights, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Volunteers also also wanted to attach Rotary stickers to the dictionaries after next week's breakfast.   The District 5960 One Rotary Summit takes place at United Methodist Church, 1401 Maple St, Northfield, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 21, offering an opportunity to communicate with area Rotarians about club issues.   AG Campbell distributed flyers inviting all to Anoka Rotary's 40th anniversary celebration at 6:00 p.m. on Oct. 24 at Green Haven Golf & Event Center, 2800 Greenhaven Rd., Anoka.
